Registration

Registration for in-person participation is closed. Virtual registration remains open at this link through Saturday Aug 8. Discounted rates were available through June 30.

In-person fees are used to cover the cost of daily refreshments, four meals, bus transportation, computer services, and publishing conference proceedings. All fees will be used to support hybrid conference activities, including livestreaming and recording all talks for registered participants. If the cost of this registration fee is prohibitive for any reason, please complete the funding request form above and contact the organizers at sclontz+sumtopo@southalabama.edu.

• In-person fees:
  • $249 regular rate, raises to $299 after June 30
  • $149 discounted rate for students and post-docs (quantity limited), raises to $199 after June 30
• Virtual fees:
  • $50 regular rate, raises to $60 after June 30
  • $10 discounted rate for students and post-docs, raises to $20 after June 30

Funding

Limited funding for reimbursing travel costs of hotel and transportation/airfare/mileage for those without their own support is available thanks to support from the National Science Foundation.
