The call for transdisciplinarity/interdisciplinary overlap in our research has been clear for some time. But the integration of that mindset into teaching and the classroom lags far behind. This session will discuss how the intentional integration of relevant but sometimes seemingly esoteric material from the arts and humanities can enrich course discussions from all over the university campus, through both direct linkages but also indirect paths such as metaphor and story telling.
